13506750772 (Mr. Zhang) 13905856708 (Mr. Ding)The maintenance of vacuum pump bearings and shaft sleeves is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the vacuum pump and extending its service life. Here are some specific measures for maintaining vacuum pump bearings and shaft sleeves:
1、 Maintenance of bearings
Regular inspection:
Frequency: It is recommended to conduct a bearing inspection every six months. This helps to detect wear, looseness, or abnormal conditions of bearings in a timely manner.
Content: Check whether the rotation of the bearing is flexible, whether there is no abnormal noise, and whether there is overheating. The bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
Cleaning and lubrication:
Regularly clean the bearings to remove surface dirt and impurities, in order to maintain their good working condition.
Lubrication is the key to maintaining the normal operation of bearings. Add oil according to the lubrication method and cycle to ensure that the bearings receive sufficient lubrication. Using appropriate lubricants can reduce bearing wear and friction, and extend its service life.
Replacement:
Once signs of wear, looseness, or damage are found in the bearings, they should be replaced promptly. This helps to avoid overall performance degradation or damage to the vacuum pump caused by bearing failure.
2、 Maintenance of shaft sleeve
Regular inspection:
It is also recommended to conduct a shaft sleeve inspection every six months. Check for wear, cracks, or looseness in the shaft sleeve.
Check if the fit clearance between the shaft sleeve, bearing, and pump body is normal to ensure that the shaft sleeve can work properly.
Cleaning:
Regularly clean the surface and surrounding area of the shaft sleeve to remove impurities such as dust and oil stains.
Replacement:
When the shaft sleeve is severely worn or damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing, ensure that the size and material of the new shaft sleeve are the same as the original shaft sleeve to ensure that it can fit well with the bearing and pump body.
3、 Other precautions
When performing maintenance on bearings and shaft sleeves, the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off and the gas source should be cut off to ensure safety.
Appropriate tools and equipment should be used during maintenance to avoid damage to bearings and shaft sleeves.
Strictly follow the user manual and maintenance guide of the vacuum pump to ensure the correctness and effectiveness of maintenance work.
By regularly maintaining the bearings and shaft sleeves of the vacuum pump, its normal operation can be ensured and its service life can be extended. This helps to reduce the probability of malfunctions and lower maintenance costs.
