To ensure the stable operation of the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the force is evenly distributed during installation and cannot be directly knocked. Especially when there is a large interference fit, heating can be used for installation

During the installation process, the bearing should be pressed into the component to avoid knocking, otherwise it may cause deformation or damage to the bearing

In order to extend the service life of bearings, deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings should be stored in clean and dry warehouses, and cleaned and oiled every year. Self aligning roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings need to be cleaned and well lubricated first. The thrust ball bearing should be unpacked, cleaned, and coated with clean lubricating oil.
